  I went to the store as I was in need of a new laptop for work. When I got there they had some offers on and had the big signs pointed to the laptops, with all the amazing things it does and packages it comes with, right at the front of the building. I explained I was interest in one of the main ones, which was followed by 20 minutes waiting for another member of staff to assist. To then be told they don’t have any actually in store and they don’t hold any of them there.. it’s a store? Then I asked well can you order one for me as the store in York always does. Sharply answered with no go online and do it yourself. Appalling store not worth the time of day. Definitely will not go back. Why have a massive sign, making it centre of attention when you don’t even stock any in the store.
